Normally, that would be great..a fine thing to say..but in the respect to I am going home to lie down because my migraine is coming back, and mom replies, have a good time as I am walking out the door? WTF? I walked backwards in to grandma's house, repeating, Have a good time? Have a good time? getting louder..until I got to her. She said, Well, you'll be talking to Kenna or someone, right? Or watching Lucy...you'll have a good time. I said, Ma, You remember how bad my headache was last night? It will probably get like that again. Started in my neck and went up to my side of my head..was so nauseous that I swore everything from Christmas on was coming up.. didn't lose anything tho. Thank goodness. Anyway. I was just fuming mad..which didn't make matters any worse. I am sitting here writing, knowing my New Year's Eve party is down the drain, unless things get feeling better, and then i probably still won't go. Laurel is supposed to be dropping off Joshua in Bowman tonight, and coming through and want's to go to the party, but I probably can't go now. :S Sigh. Praying my headache goes away..but then again that kaeroke lady plays her music so loud the walls bounce.. it's just insane.
2nd gripe is I just can't make mom understand what Fibro is.. i post stuff online, she just equates everything with arthritis..I feel like banging my head against the wall. She will never understand it. I read off the symptoms the side effects, she says "Well you can read yourself into everything" I Said, NO SHIT, That's BECAUSE I HAVE IT!" Well don't get upset with me..she said..OMG..I just want to kill myself sometimes..it would be so easy. There is no way to get through to them what I go through daily..they have no fucking clue. How my nerves just decide to start shocking me..how sometimes just a touch can cause me such tremendous pain that I want to cry..but sometimes I am fine..I usually just roll my eyes when mom compares everything to arthritis, because I have 2 types and so she thinks everything is my arthritis hurting. I fucking know when my arthritis hurts, they're separate aches and pains. Then she says, you worry too much about your health. WTF What the ever loving fuck! OMG.. And she doesn't worry about her CANCER? OK.. SO.. I am not allowed to worry because THERE IS NO FUCKING CURE FOR FIBRO, GLUTEN INTOLERANCE, Ostio OR Rheumatoid ARTHRITIS...AND THE DOCTORS are CONSIDERING grouping FIBRO into MENTAL ILLNESS instead of a real PHYSICAL PAIN! WTELF! There are so many co-morbid conditions that go with this auto-immune condition that really just fuck you up itself that it just makes my head spin..Anyway....I just had to get this off my chest..either that or drink myself into a stupor..and that wouldn't be good with the imitrex i just took. OMG she said HAVE A GOOD TIME!!! WTELF!!! OK.. Let me hit her upside the head and see if she has a good time..geez..
Anyway..She's had a bad day..been thinking about Connie/Joan a lot today because she didn't know when she died and misses her. Still..No excuse. Anyway I feel better now about it..got it vented...thank you for reading! JLM

I am alive..hard to believe..ya know.
Had a great halloween party with Kenna and Myrna..as was evident by the facebook pics..Um..have taken up doing my fingernails because my new intrest in PINTREST has become more fun than facebook almost..lol Soo I am trying to grow my nails out but they are so weak even taking biotin that they're pathetic.
And on the boyfriend / manfriend front it's a lonely time. Nothing there but my vibrating buddies. Yeah..such is life. Just idiots on the dating sites..and the nice ones read my page and go..eh..not enough boobs..not enough ass etc.
Am looking forward to JAMESTOWN in Aug..will be a blast. Saving my pennies!
Trying TRYING to sell my Bravada for 2thou, what it is listed for in kbb...not much luck tho..gonna go ahead and put an ad in the store tho. :S

Sick as a dog
Well..I had a great visit with my sister and nephew last weekend, but, he was coming down with a cold the same time I was and boy did we both get sick. I think I got the worse end but don't know how bad he is right now LOL. I knew I was getting a cold b4 he got here tho so know it wasn't his. LOL. Anyway.. lots of nyquil, dayquil, decongestents, halls cough drops, vicks chest rub I still am having a hard time talking, coughing up phlem and stuffed up with my ears sore sometimes. My cheat is congested as well...ech. runny nose.. in other words.. joanie is sick. LOL. Hope you are well.. Ttyl!

Seeing is believing..Part Uno
I know I should be getting some shut eye and resting before my trip to minnesota..but i have been reading a book called "I never believed in Ghosts until..." and it just makes me want to write down my experiences and share them. People just would never believe them. LOL But they are so special. And the human mind is faulty, so if we don't write things down, we are bound to forget them. Even now I'm not sure where to start.
I think we should begin with .. When I was a youngster ..say probably about 3 years old, I was lying in my grandma's chair, *was a little girl* and supposed to be taking a nap, but wasn't tired at all, so was bored and waiting for grandma to come back into the living room and play. I layed there for a while and all of a sudden I saw my grandpa (Who died before I was born) come out of grandma's bedroom (he never even lived in this house! She even had another husband who died too after grandpa!) and was making a SHH face at me, and kind of smiling. He was almost transparent. I remember thinking grandma would get so mad if he came in the kitchen where she was and he scared her because she got scared easy! But he went in there anyway, and she didn't hollar!
My 2nd experience was at Meodra ND with Mom and Grandma , not sure how old I was, but pretty young.. we were taking the tour of the Marquis De More house there, and as we went upstairs, the tour guide was explaining about the different parts of the house, I was looking around, when I saw a young ..maybe 5 to 7 year old blonde haired girl, her hair was in ringlettes she was dressed in clothing from the time period of that time. She looked at me, smiled and waved, and then walked into one of the rooms so I followed her, but the room was blocked off, and there was no way out, i peeked under the bed and there was no closet or anything so there was no way for her to hide! I was confused, but it was so intreguing! I kind of thought it had to be a ghost then.
Third expeirence, 4th grade, Mrs Podoll's Class, we were on a class outing to the Mandan Indian Village and state capitol. It was very Interesting..lets just say very cool for me. At the village, we were supposed to get a "lesson" in one of the teepees, I wanted to go in, but kept getting this sick feeling. I stood in the entrance, but I couldn't make myself go in. Finally she hollered at me to get in there. I said i don't feel good. She said just come in. There was a COLD rush and then something just right about heart level just peirced into my body, and suctioned through me.. it was the strangest feeling I ever had. I went in afterwards because I HAD to sit down.. was in a cold sweat, and just dizzy and icky feeling, about ready to pass out. I think that was a spirit passing through me.
After this, the experieces are kind of mixed, the dates are all over the places so I won't date them and just will say another experience and so on.
One time I was at the Custer House in Bismarck, had a nephew with me, I won't name names so he won't be "embaressed" anyway, we were walking down the main staircase, when we were both shoved aside as "something" went up on the other side. He (my ne'w) says to me "Did you feel that?" I said, yep! LOL! So.. It isn't just me..lol!
I have seen several faces of ancestors here at the house..different occasions..
One time I was visiting with my mom while she was in her bedroom and I was in the kitchen, we were talking about her day at work..just visiting about whatever..she came out of her room but she walked out into the back room and didn't turn on the light when she went in so I thought I'd turn it on for her so she could see, as it was night time..only, when I followed her in there, and turned on the light, she wasn't in there..FREAKY..I had followed a shadow creature in there. Mom was still in the bedroom. Yeah I screamed.
One night when I was listening to some audio book with the lights off in my bedroom, had the covers up and was getting mellowed out..I kind of had a weird feeling..like somebody was watching me. I rolled over and looked up. There was a spirit right beside me. I said, YOU cannot be here. You have no right to be here. My bedroom is my spiritual ground. Please Leave. It left. I haven't had anymore problems with invaders at night. You have to tell them though or they can watch you sleep..it's creepy.
I had an experience one time when my sister had a half a house she rented..she let me sleep downstairs while I was there..was great except that there was a soldier that was practicing his marching all night and day in the livingroom there too..noisy as all get out. Well it didn't bother them. LOL
Oh yeah..one time there was a teacher who had passed away...I was in a resteraunt a few weeks later, and saw his wife there, said hello. Sat down with mom, was eating..and felt the urge to look back over my shoulder at his wife again. There was my dearly departed teacher,sitting with his wife. He looked at me and waved, I shook my head in disbelief, at how crisp and clear his image was, not faded and see through. I just smiled and winked. I looked back and mom,her eyes got big as she realized what I had seen just by the way I looked at her and then I looked back, and he was looking sweetly at is wife. Looked at mom again, and looked at him again and he was gone. :S I miss him. :S
Also..I was riding back with my sister from Dickinson one time..i think she was driving..anyways...I learned not to scream when I see spirits on the side of the road..lol Freaked the shit out of her. LOL
Oh well..will probably think of more sometime.. I can't really write the ones that I have done for cases in sandpit..but will do ones that I have done personally. The end of part one....

I feel like I'm 80..and soon will look more the part.
Yes, I am getting harder and harder of hearing.
Let me explain things to y'all if you don't know the story.
When I was young..like maybe..5..I was little..like the size of a 2 or 3 year old. I wasn't growing right. We didn't know it yet, but I had growth hormone issues, and would have to take shots for the rest of my life. Anyway, my mother, she did the best she could. Single mom, her mom was there for us, my sister "Lauren" moved to "Brennan", so we were all alone here. She (Mom) worked her job at the local grocery store and then came home to take care of me at night. Grandma was married to her second husband "Harry" and they were having fun, more power to them! So, I was sent off to the babysitter, as it should be. ANYWAY.. on to the point.
At said babysitter's "Connie Pierson, and her hubby Pat, and daugher Carleen and son Billy" they all treated me well.. I behaved as well as a youngster could, ya know. I got in a little trouble here and there, but I remember sitting on Pat's knee and watching football and he would push his glasses up on his nose and say, this is a great sport, I hope you can appreciate sports someday J! I don't know why he cared. LOL So His daughter Carleen was something else..she was spoiled beyond words..and she thought I was her dolly or baby or something because I was so tiny. She'd take me and brush my hair and clean me up and one day, she cleaned my ears out with q-tips. Yep..here's where the story comes. She popped my ear drums. I didn't know anything bad happened at the time I guess..I don't remember.. I just complained when I got home that my ears hurt really bad mom said, so she took me to the dr. They examined me and said one of my eardrums was burst totally,and the other was scarred badly. I suffered with ear infections my early years up to my late teens, and still occasionally get some now. (am in my 30's.). Carleen never got in a lick of trouble..and still just loves the heck out of me when she sees me.
I was also in band. Horrible for the ears if you have hearing problems. I always had tintinitis. My ears and hearing were always a problem. If there is background noise I have a hard time hearing but if it is completely silent I can hear great. Anyway...
Was out with one of my good gf's..we were shooting her gun,and I didn't (I know .. so stupid..don't get after me!) wear the hearing protectors for the first shots..STUPID.. blew out the right eardrum again. DUMB Couldn't hear a damn thing out of that ear. So...I guess. That one is my fault. LOL.
So Grandma was visiting with me a while back and is telling me about the "hearing aid man"that comes to the "senior center" and does free hearing tests. I said, I think I need to go..I really am having a hard time hearing lately. She said you don't have any problems. I said, yeah, I do grandma..it's worse than you know. she just smiled and said ok I will let you know. (He comes once a month I think) So she tells me AFTER the next time he came. I said, Hey..I thought you were going to let me go see him! She says, You weren't serious were you?? Mom and I both said, Yes! Mom said, " She does have hearing problems, and she's constantly saying, What did you say? huh? What? So I think she needs some help!" So Grandma finally got the hint that I wasn't goofing or somehting, and said she would let me know. This morning she called and said Vern would see me at 12:30. Cool I said, and got ready to go.
I got there and Grandma says, so where's mom:? you came alone? WTF? I'm like..Yeah. I'm 34..I'm a grown woman, and have a medical appointment. I think I can go by my self!
she says, well Vern wants me to come in after the appointment to talk to him. I said, ok..whatever. So I go in,and tell him about my history, and he said, yeah, I'm sure you do have some hearing problems, He did the tests, about an hours worth of them, and by the time we got done, I was almost ready to cry, I had a lot of errors, problems, had 2 words wrong on one side and 1 on the other when I thought one posssible error total on the both.. I knew it would be bad but oh well..lets get it over with!! Then he let grandma in, and she's all smiling like See you don't have anything wrong, it was all in your head. He sat her down and told her what was wrong with me and told her what he told me, that I will need aids in both ears. YEOUCH .. I was hoping not both, but maybe one to increase the sound in it..oh well. He said I can't hardly hear a thing out of the one but the other is ok. The problem is like people usually speak on about a 50 to 60 decibles level and I need nearly a 70 to 80 on one ear and more on the other to hear clearly. no wonder i keep screwing up what people are saying.
SO..he's going to call my insurances and see if he can't talk them into trying to help me with it.....then he'll write me later. :S
They won't be the super styleish invisible ones either..but hell..I will be able to hear..I don't give a shit.

Love life, or the lack thereof.
As I was just telling my friend the other day, there's a lot of freaks in the sea..just go fishing for one!
Yeah..there are. I get emails from them ALL the time. Plenty of fish is about the only dating site that sends me emails any more and they all almost are the same. All except this one charmer.. Countryfarmboy or something like that.. I keep getting messages from him. Not answering them but he keeps sending them,Got to block him. Anyway, he likes to wear makeup and paint his nails! YaY~ NOT.. Pew..ick...So..am selectively answering any of them. Read all previews before you talk to ppl. Their screen names are so deceiving !!
I've had a few relationships..if you can call them that. Been on a few nice dates. Been on some F'n SCARY STUPID ones.. lol. And for the sake of laughter I will repeat them for you now. Names changed to protect the dumb-idiots
Barry I did enjoy the first part of the relationship, it was nice, we made out quite a bit and it was nice..I was the aggressor tho when we first met..:S poor guy, didn't know what hit him. :D He was new in town, and I said, well,if you want me to show you around, let me know, I've lived here my whole life. Sure enough he needed showing around. Get your mind out of the gutter! LOL We were "together" for quite a while but nobody really knew about it around town because he NEVER wanted to be seen with me. WTF.He would go to the show, but that was it, and wouldn't hold my hand or lean over by me, rub feet or legs together or nothing, so I leaned so far away from him he wondered what was wrong, I told him I wanted to puke. He said can I take you home? I said no. Then next time I asked him to go to the show, a week ahead of time, like the day that they announced what the show was going to be, he said, no i have plans out of town, so I said ok, that's fine i guess. He showed up at the show with some other smoking *(not hot, but fat) sow. So i was so upset I broke things off with him for some reasons like not wanting to be seen in public with me (dumb) and treating me weird lately..(and some other things I won't say on here) so...that was it.
Then there was more Internet dating.. rampant Internet dating.. lol I think I have gone on 3 total..hehe.
There was the guy from Glen Ullen. We'll call him Steve. He worked as a helicopter repairman in the jungle (Ecuador and Peru) and came back every 3 months for a month off and was soo hot! He came for a date during boss cowman, but he also had a bunch of friends and family there from glen ullen.. He had visited with me for about 3 moths too online, very sweet guy and once in a while we still talk online when I see he's there. The date was awesome, he was at the dance, texted me, K was there, and so was Barry, it was shortly after we'd broken up, and he was trying to get back together, so when Steve came running over and gave me this HUGE hug, Barry walked off and hung his poor little head. EVIL LAUGH. Steve was sweet,I explained what was going on, and he hung around a while and visited before going off to find the rest of his friends. I kind of wish we could have danced but as it looked, I think Steve had had a few before he even got to Lemmon. HEHE
Then there was a date that happened from Myspace, need I say more? I saw him on the myspace personals, he was from Hettinger, a local town, so I thought what the heck. I looked at the guys pics, OK looking younger guy (Like 2 years younger..i'm no cougar) shaved head, but he didn't look like he was too bad ..kinda over weight, but not super heavy..was lifting weights in one pic. OK, it'd been a LONG time since i'd gone on a date. So. What the heck. We had a lot in common. History, Paranormal interests..so i chatted him up for a few days, then email, then we talked on the phone for a few days. Not bad. Kinda hard to understand,but not bad. he said he had a bum leg, but I never could understand what the fuck he was saying about it. So whatever..we decided to meet, there was going to be a blackhawk helicopter flyover, and he was coming to town anyway, to bring some pc's back for Some people as he and his daddy do pc work for ppl and they do some for lemmon ppl. So..I was gonna go out with FRED. WOW. Ok..He'd pick me up at the house..(I didn't have a car then) F-U-C-K!What the hell happened to his face! He got hit with the ugly stick several times...shit. I felt sorry for him..His teeth were rotten, *not so in the pic* he was about 3x fatter.. he had a pimply face, and they were really red. No hair, kinda able to see spots where there were earrings all over in his face too! WTF! So.. we went ghost hunting first, and I almost lmao! He fell right away when I pointed out that there was a wire right in front of him! SHEISH! Anyway..then went to the museum, cuz I didn't want to be alone with the creep, then went to the pit stop and sat for quite a while and drank soda and waited for the freaking helicopters..where he quoted my favorite quote yet. Ya gotta think this quote in a backwoods southern accent."On a scale of one to ten, one being hot, and ten not, How hot do you think I am?" Now imagine me red faced and spitting pop through my nose..and trying to be nice. Yeah..I said,"5" Ok, he says, i can understand that. ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The date ended shortly after that!
Next was Felix..not a cat..A nice police officer. yep He was a sweet guy from MT, who I would have madly fell in love with if it wouldn't have been for..he insisted that I move to MT with him..I couldn't do that. We hit it off great..we just drove around, sat in the car and talked, we'd already talked on the phone several times, and emailed a ton, but it just wasn't to be. He was a real keeper.
The first real keeper that I really did love..he was Michael. I am using his real name. I doubt he would ever find my page if he is still alive. I look for him occasionally when I miss him. He hurt my feelings and we had an argument and I got a virus on my pc after that, I reformatted and when I went to put my stuff back on, I changed my hotmail address and i lost his address as he had his blocked. I saw a few months after our argument that he had gone up to my fotki (my graphics site) and left me a lovely message...it still makes me cry to think about it. He was a widowed police officer..lost his wife and child by a drunk driver. We got along just beautifully, but he went out with his co-officers and got supremely drunk one night and I said something about who drove him home when he was that drunk. Hope he had a dd..he got all mad at me and called me such a bitch, what a whore..stuff like that. I said cool it off, you're drunk. I didn't ever get to talk to him again. I've looked for him on the Internet all over the place, and it makes me sick to wonder if he is dead or what. He lived somewhere by Mitchell sd. I would even be ok knowing he's happily married..just to know he's ok. We always signed off when we got done talking at night with Love you sweetie. As you can tell..miss him a lot.
There was also the soil specialist that I will call Mark. He was on his way home from Rapid City, and knew Lemmon was on the way to Bismarck, so thought I would be a nice diversion. LOL WTF. Anyway..he was really nice, and we visited a lot on email and chat. I still even remember his email addy after all these years.. lol. He was just going through a divorce with his wife. She had slept with his best friend while he was gone working and he found them when he came home, said he wanted to go get the gun, but not to shoot them, to shoot himself instead. He said if he wasn't good enough for her anymore what good was he for anymore. He was very depressed. We met at the powderhorn. He had visited with me for quite some time during that "date" and said it was quite therapeutic. It was very nice...he was very nice looking...I guess I'm kind of a therapeutic person?? He visited with me via email and chatting for about a year and then finally they had stopped the divorce proceedings, and they got back together, which was what we had discussed that very date day..I was so happy for him, as he couldn't see his life any other way besides him his boys and his wife, and he forgave her for her indiscretion, and he said his friend was very drunk, as was his wife, and he decided he was going to work in Bismarck from now on and keep the driving for someone else..So i haven't seen him since then..what a shame..he was hot. LOL
Then there was that one night stand with that guy Laslo..but we won't get into that.. 0.o
Anyway...there's been dates..but nothing special. If I saw Michael again...that'd probably be it..but that's doubtful. I've even emailed people on face book with the same last name from that area but they won't email me back.I look online on the white pages app in the surrounding states, and really haven't seen anything..so that probably isn't a good sign.. :'(
I'll hope things are better for me and my single friend.. most my classmates and ppl i know around my age are all married.. wtf is wrong with US..we're hot and beautiful and all that stuff..i think the guys must have problems. :O Maybe there's a bout of erectile dysfunction going around and the guys are trying to hide it!

Yeah..there are. I get emails from them ALL the time. Plenty of fish is about the only dating site that sends me emails any more and they all almost are the same. All except this one charmer.. Countryfarmboy or something like that.. I keep getting messages from him. Not answering them but he keeps sending them,Got to block him. Anyway, he likes to wear makeup and paint his nails! YaY~ NOT.. Pew..ick...So..am selectively answering any of them. Read all previews before you talk to ppl. Their screen names are so deceiving !!
I've had a few relationships..if you can call them that. Been on a few nice dates. Been on some F'n SCARY STUPID ones.. lol. And for the sake of laughter I will repeat them for you now. Names changed to protect the dumb-idiots
Barry I did enjoy the first part of the relationship, it was nice, we made out quite a bit and it was nice..I was the aggressor tho when we first met..:S poor guy, didn't know what hit him. :D He was new in town, and I said, well,if you want me to show you around, let me know, I've lived here my whole life. Sure enough he needed showing around. Get your mind out of the gutter! LOL We were "together" for quite a while but nobody really knew about it around town because he NEVER wanted to be seen with me. WTF.He would go to the show, but that was it, and wouldn't hold my hand or lean over by me, rub feet or legs together or nothing, so I leaned so far away from him he wondered what was wrong, I told him I wanted to puke. He said can I take you home? I said no. Then next time I asked him to go to the show, a week ahead of time, like the day that they announced what the show was going to be, he said, no i have plans out of town, so I said ok, that's fine i guess. He showed up at the show with some other smoking *(not hot, but fat) sow. So i was so upset I broke things off with him for some reasons like not wanting to be seen in public with me (dumb) and treating me weird lately..(and some other things I won't say on here) so...that was it.
Then there was more Internet dating.. rampant Internet dating.. lol I think I have gone on 3 total..hehe.
There was the guy from Glen Ullen. We'll call him Steve. He worked as a helicopter repairman in the jungle (Ecuador and Peru) and came back every 3 months for a month off and was soo hot! He came for a date during boss cowman, but he also had a bunch of friends and family there from glen ullen.. He had visited with me for about 3 moths too online, very sweet guy and once in a while we still talk online when I see he's there. The date was awesome, he was at the dance, texted me, K was there, and so was Barry, it was shortly after we'd broken up, and he was trying to get back together, so when Steve came running over and gave me this HUGE hug, Barry walked off and hung his poor little head. EVIL LAUGH. Steve was sweet,I explained what was going on, and he hung around a while and visited before going off to find the rest of his friends. I kind of wish we could have danced but as it looked, I think Steve had had a few before he even got to Lemmon. HEHE
Then there was a date that happened from Myspace, need I say more? I saw him on the myspace personals, he was from Hettinger, a local town, so I thought what the heck. I looked at the guys pics, OK looking younger guy (Like 2 years younger..i'm no cougar) shaved head, but he didn't look like he was too bad ..kinda over weight, but not super heavy..was lifting weights in one pic. OK, it'd been a LONG time since i'd gone on a date. So. What the heck. We had a lot in common. History, Paranormal interests..so i chatted him up for a few days, then email, then we talked on the phone for a few days. Not bad. Kinda hard to understand,but not bad. he said he had a bum leg, but I never could understand what the fuck he was saying about it. So whatever..we decided to meet, there was going to be a blackhawk helicopter flyover, and he was coming to town anyway, to bring some pc's back for Some people as he and his daddy do pc work for ppl and they do some for lemmon ppl. So..I was gonna go out with FRED. WOW. Ok..He'd pick me up at the house..(I didn't have a car then) F-U-C-K!What the hell happened to his face! He got hit with the ugly stick several times...shit. I felt sorry for him..His teeth were rotten, *not so in the pic* he was about 3x fatter.. he had a pimply face, and they were really red. No hair, kinda able to see spots where there were earrings all over in his face too! WTF! So.. we went ghost hunting first, and I almost lmao! He fell right away when I pointed out that there was a wire right in front of him! SHEISH! Anyway..then went to the museum, cuz I didn't want to be alone with the creep, then went to the pit stop and sat for quite a while and drank soda and waited for the freaking helicopters..where he quoted my favorite quote yet. Ya gotta think this quote in a backwoods southern accent."On a scale of one to ten, one being hot, and ten not, How hot do you think I am?" Now imagine me red faced and spitting pop through my nose..and trying to be nice. Yeah..I said,"5" Ok, he says, i can understand that. ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The date ended shortly after that!
Next was Felix..not a cat..A nice police officer. yep He was a sweet guy from MT, who I would have madly fell in love with if it wouldn't have been for..he insisted that I move to MT with him..I couldn't do that. We hit it off great..we just drove around, sat in the car and talked, we'd already talked on the phone several times, and emailed a ton, but it just wasn't to be. He was a real keeper.
The first real keeper that I really did love..he was Michael. I am using his real name. I doubt he would ever find my page if he is still alive. I look for him occasionally when I miss him. He hurt my feelings and we had an argument and I got a virus on my pc after that, I reformatted and when I went to put my stuff back on, I changed my hotmail address and i lost his address as he had his blocked. I saw a few months after our argument that he had gone up to my fotki (my graphics site) and left me a lovely message...it still makes me cry to think about it. He was a widowed police officer..lost his wife and child by a drunk driver. We got along just beautifully, but he went out with his co-officers and got supremely drunk one night and I said something about who drove him home when he was that drunk. Hope he had a dd..he got all mad at me and called me such a bitch, what a whore..stuff like that. I said cool it off, you're drunk. I didn't ever get to talk to him again. I've looked for him on the Internet all over the place, and it makes me sick to wonder if he is dead or what. He lived somewhere by Mitchell sd. I would even be ok knowing he's happily married..just to know he's ok. We always signed off when we got done talking at night with Love you sweetie. As you can tell..miss him a lot.
There was also the soil specialist that I will call Mark. He was on his way home from Rapid City, and knew Lemmon was on the way to Bismarck, so thought I would be a nice diversion. LOL WTF. Anyway..he was really nice, and we visited a lot on email and chat. I still even remember his email addy after all these years.. lol. He was just going through a divorce with his wife. She had slept with his best friend while he was gone working and he found them when he came home, said he wanted to go get the gun, but not to shoot them, to shoot himself instead. He said if he wasn't good enough for her anymore what good was he for anymore. He was very depressed. We met at the powderhorn. He had visited with me for quite some time during that "date" and said it was quite therapeutic. It was very nice...he was very nice looking...I guess I'm kind of a therapeutic person?? He visited with me via email and chatting for about a year and then finally they had stopped the divorce proceedings, and they got back together, which was what we had discussed that very date day..I was so happy for him, as he couldn't see his life any other way besides him his boys and his wife, and he forgave her for her indiscretion, and he said his friend was very drunk, as was his wife, and he decided he was going to work in Bismarck from now on and keep the driving for someone else..So i haven't seen him since then..what a shame..he was hot. LOL
Then there was that one night stand with that guy Laslo..but we won't get into that.. 0.o
Anyway...there's been dates..but nothing special. If I saw Michael again...that'd probably be it..but that's doubtful. I've even emailed people on face book with the same last name from that area but they won't email me back.I look online on the white pages app in the surrounding states, and really haven't seen anything..so that probably isn't a good sign.. :'(
I'll hope things are better for me and my single friend.. most my classmates and ppl i know around my age are all married.. wtf is wrong with US..we're hot and beautiful and all that stuff..i think the guys must have problems. :O Maybe there's a bout of erectile dysfunction going around and the guys are trying to hide it!

Kenna is hoping to come here a bit before halloween for a h-party. Should be da bomb, but I have no clue what will happen right now. LOL I guess decorate the patio barring we have no snow and boogie down with some booze and tunes? Get some hot male strippers to come over and snort coke with them? I don't know! Alls's on my mind right now is sell my bravada, get better vehicle, go to ren fest with money, and party my ass off then after for halloween. Anything else that happens around then is bonus.

What the hell, i'm famous!
With kids that is. HEHE
Was in Geo's today, putting up some cards to see if anyone has any ghosties. Deanna Lorious and her daughter Emily was in there, and Emily started talking to me about how I looked like a freshmen in hs.. "Yeah I get that a lot, I'm actually 34."
She says, "Oh", and she kinda stopped, and looked for a while at me like she'd seen a ghost.. then she says, "OMG YOU"RE HER!"
I said, "who.." Emily looked at me and said, really quietly, kind of like it was a secret "you're the ghost girl"
I smiled at her and laughed kinda softly and said, "you betcha". LOL Then I walked over to her mom, who is a good friend of mine, we don't talk a lot but she's a good friend, and so I visited with her a bit before I put the card up on the pegboard..then Emily exclaimed,
"OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD, THEY ARE REAL!! I told you MOM, Ghosts do exist!" then i really laughed, Kids really believe.. It's what the adults lose out on when they grow up and get serious about life and lose their childish exuberance for life. Anyway, so I handed Emily a card, since I am her new Idol, lol, and she looked at it like it was GOLD. She thanked me reached her hand out to me shook it and said," Hello, I am Emily Lorious and I have a ghost in my house, We need your help! I need to book an appointment!"
I said, "Well, we'd have to have your mom book the appointment, since she owns the house!" But Deanna kind of tried to get her off the idea by mentioning that they were heading to Medora today. I smiled really big and said, Medora is great to visit. Deanna said she hadn't been there since she was 19, I said I was there a few years ago with a friend, and we had a lot of fun ghost hunting. Emily squealed and said, can we get a haunted room! I said the haunted hotel is really expensive..sorry. So I told her about the marquis chatou and they were both excited about going there.
Emily kept talking about haunting stuff, and I was ready to ske-dattle, so I said, if you are still interested in say, 10, 15 years...maybe you can join the group! "OH MY GOSH! WOW!! That would be so cool!" Knucks! LOL I rock. Left me on cloud nine for the rest of the day.
Anyway...still kinda looking for more members for the group. I asked a couple people..but :S nothing yet. :S

Things I have grown to love..
Hi guys, Thought it'd been a while since I'd blogged, so thought I'd pop in and say hi, and blog a bit with y'all.
There are a bunch of things I have grown to love and depend on over the years and some more recently than others..some are things I've always loved, but some..well..I'll just get on with it..
1. I love Pandora Radio.. geesh I love it! Free radio with 1 commercial like every 5 or 10 songs, you get to hear and see the artists, but you don't have to have the tv going, it's on your computer,or if you have a data package on your phone, you can use it too. LOVES it ... great music, and it learns your likes and customizes itself to your "likes" and "dislikes" by your clicking thumbs up or thumbs down on a song while you listen while you're browsing the net and it's like freaking cool. (I am not getting paid for this, just was listening to it and it was the first thing that popped into my mind, lol. you can find all kinds of music on it too, has a search bar. I like BOND the band, so it has them pop on quite a bit. GREAT for me and perks me up, :D)
2.. I love reading.. takes you away to another place, another time..just great. If you're having a bad day, just pick up a bt and you are transported. Great literature has been a love of mine since I can remember, i stil have mom's copies of Shakespeare and Poe and Hemingway.. THEY ARE MINE SIS..lol. She said I can have em. LOL I've read them all about 3 times. :D The Thou's and thous't's are a little hard to get into sometimes but it does take thee back to thee renascence era. :D and that brings me to another thing I LOVEEEE
3. RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL's WHOOOO HOOOO!! My dear Sister Laurel (no, she's not a nun!) took me to a festival, and i have been hooked ever since. They are great fun, and even more fun if you dress up! Its' totally great to be there, to make friends with the entertainers and fair goers and to spend time with my sister.. it's so amazing. We've made liife long memories! I hope that we can afford to go for many many more years. The one we attend is in Shakope Minnesota.
4. I love Google.. LOL Nope not another advertisement.. What would we do without that great little thing.. just type in your question and there are a million different (Maybe not a million) answers.
5.Computers and laptops..great ways to kill time.. learn things, get work done. Love em!! Great game things too, and what would solitaire be now days without them! LOL
6. I love Lucy.. did y'all know that? Yeppers..I've loved her/her shows since I was a young girl, but have learned more about her life when i grew up and she was quite the woman. WTG lady!!
7. The Kennedy's .. Yep. The President Kennedy, and his wife and family.. they are something special, and we'll never see anything like that again. 'Gone too soon' is something written well about them.
8 Obviously Paranormal Investigating. I like knowing that what I do, just checking things out, can help people sometimes know that they don't have a ghost in their house.. or if there is something that is scary in there that they maybe need to get a religious official in there to do some rites in there. Who knows? I live with stuff in my house and it's fine with me most the time.. only a few times it's scared me. There is a lot of quacks out there in the field, and a lot of people in it just to say "Your place is haunted," and then they fake the evidence. That in our eyes is HORRIBLE. Our group believes in debunking anything we can't prove, and we try to prove there is NO haunting before we can say there is one, and if there is one we try to visit with the people about what they think might be there and see if they are scared or want to proceed in getting anything more done. If you try to own your house, tell the spirit, I have this house now, I am the living, you are dead, and that you need to go to the light and go to heaven or wherever your spirit is intended to go, that the haunting may let up. Tell the spirit that you are (Only if you truly are) baptised by the church and you are a child of Christ. Things should lighten up after that. HOPEFULLY.
9...I couldn't do anything or be me without my family and friends..obviously.. I wouldn't be who i am today. You've all shaped me into this person. I love you all more than I could ever say or express in any shape or words. :D <3
10, um.. God.. obviously. He comes above all. He's the one who placed my soul in my growing body in mom's belly..He's kept us all here..well the ones of us who are still here.. and we're still here for a reason. We know not why He's doing the things He does, but someday when we're with Him, we'll know the answers.
And that my friends..is that...just 10 of the things that I like..and love..and what are in my heart.

Wheat..the other white meat..OR. GLUTEN SUCKS.
Being Gluten Intolerant has given me a whole new outlook on food and the companies that produce/distribute that food. Wheat is a great thing, it's just that my body and a whole lot other people's bodies can't handle it. Some get hives, some get diarrhea, some vomit. I'm sure there are other types of symptoms too. My sister almost died before they figured out what was wrong with her..her muscles were atrophying, and it was so horrible to see this happening before our very eyes. That was back when it was unheard of. Now it's common place, but in our town, it's lucky to find food you can eat besides your fruits and veggies and meat, the meat being NOT premade in a package. Anyway....Gluten is in SO many things. You'd never believe it..it's in your drinks, your food, your dips for your food, your coating on food. Oy vesa mio! Also..anything CONTAMINATED..as in anything TOUCHING something that had wheat products on it.. yep, we can get sick that easy. Here is where I actually Start getting into the part of my blog tonight that actually PERTAINS to the title. Yes, Gluten is probably even in the air we breathe it's in so much stuff. Damn we need a cure.
Ok, I know Hormel is gone as much gluten free as they can, and I applaude them for that, they labe their products very well, and if it was made in a facility where wheat products are manufactured, they LABEL it that way...so we dont get sick! BRAVO! All companies should do that!
Hershey is one of the companies I have learned that doesn't give a RATS ASS whether we get sick or not. I have been to several celiac boards trying to determine the truth to something I read on facebook the other day about a girl that got horribly sick from eating about half a hershey bar.. so searched and all the sites i could find said that hershey was very rude to them about it and one of them said that they were told, "Well, yeah, we do put some flour on our conveyer belts, and some flour on the product itself, especially the chocolate chips, because they would stick to themselves otherwise. but it's not enough to make anyone sick. " Like they would know!! I need to do more research, as HERSHEY neglects to label ANYTHING! Also Hershey I hear on the boards is going to be transferring some of their manufacturing to Mexico..yeah, that sounds like a move UP. MECH. Anyway.
There is gluten in so many things anymore. Chex has some GF cereal.. That's good. but CAPTIN CRUNCH is not. They (Quaker) Went as far as to tell me the only GLUTEN FREE food they DO have is the RICE CAKEs... they taste like cardboard..flavored cardboard. BLECH.

I'm not sure what we as a celiac community need to do to get the COMPANIES at large to start putting ON the labels "Made in a facility that makes wheat products" or "May contain trace ammounts of wheat". They think trace amounts of wheat are nothing to us, but eaten EVERY DAY, like a cereal, it can make us VERY ill. I had diareah every day for a week and was very weak, (not using a play on words..lol) and used up an entire box of immodium, but the most "QUAKER" cared was to say, "we're sorry you were ill, we are sending you a package with a coupon in the mail and a gift, we hope you like it and hope you are feeling better. The oats may have some wheat on them from being hauled in the same truck we haul the wheat in and it is used in the same facility. The percentage of wheat per box is point blah blah blah so we don't have to disclose it." When I received it, it was a 5 dollar coupon for the only thing I can buy from them, rice cakes, blech, and a capn crunch blow up soccer ball, now dubbed, the poopin ball. I emailed them back and said, "A. You need to disclose the contamination on the label. B.Thanks, my 10 year old nephew will enjoy this gift. I may someday eat enough rice puffs to maybe use the coupon, and have a nice day. Joanie the 34 year old woman you sent a blow up soccer ball to?!" What the heck did they think! And he won't even probably play with it because we called it the poopin ball. They never did email me back. Chicken shits.

To those of you who don't have gluten intolerance, read a package label when you go to make something, anything that says, Gluten, or msg or something to that effect is something that is poison to one in 133 people.. makes it sound really far out.. but i know a LOT of people it affects.. my sister Laurel, my cousin Joanne, my cousin Debbie, I think one of her kids too, and at least 3 other people here in a town of 1,350 ppl, and growing celiac size. Epidemic I swear.

Ok, I know Hormel is gone as much gluten free as they can, and I applaude them for that, they labe their products very well, and if it was made in a facility where wheat products are manufactured, they LABEL it that way...so we dont get sick! BRAVO! All companies should do that!
Hershey is one of the companies I have learned that doesn't give a RATS ASS whether we get sick or not. I have been to several celiac boards trying to determine the truth to something I read on facebook the other day about a girl that got horribly sick from eating about half a hershey bar.. so searched and all the sites i could find said that hershey was very rude to them about it and one of them said that they were told, "Well, yeah, we do put some flour on our conveyer belts, and some flour on the product itself, especially the chocolate chips, because they would stick to themselves otherwise. but it's not enough to make anyone sick. " Like they would know!! I need to do more research, as HERSHEY neglects to label ANYTHING! Also Hershey I hear on the boards is going to be transferring some of their manufacturing to Mexico..yeah, that sounds like a move UP. MECH. Anyway.
There is gluten in so many things anymore. Chex has some GF cereal.. That's good. but CAPTIN CRUNCH is not. They (Quaker) Went as far as to tell me the only GLUTEN FREE food they DO have is the RICE CAKEs... they taste like cardboard..flavored cardboard. BLECH.

Avoiding wheat can be challenging because wheat products go by numerous names. Consider the many types of wheat flour on supermarket shelves — bromated, enriched, phosphated, plain and self-rising. Here are other wheat products to avoid:

- Durum flour
- Farina
- Graham flour
- Kamut
- Semolina
- Spelt
Avoid unless labeled 'gluten-free' In general, avoid the following foods unless they're labeled as gluten-free or made with corn, rice, soy or other gluten-free grain:
- Beer
- Breads
- Cakes and pies
- Candies
- Cereals
- Cookies and crackers
- Croutons
- French fries
- Gravies
- Imitation meat or seafood
- Matzo
- Pastas
- Processed luncheon meats

Certain grains, such as oats, can be contaminated with wheat during growing and processing stages of production. For this reason, doctors and dietitians generally recommend avoiding oats unless they are specifically labeled gluten-free.

- Food additives, such as malt flavoring, modified food starch and others
- Medications and vitamins that use gluten as a binding agent
- Play dough
Watch for cross-contamination Cross-contamination occurs when gluten-free foods come into contact with foods that contain gluten. I'm not sure what we as a celiac community need to do to get the COMPANIES at large to start putting ON the labels "Made in a facility that makes wheat products" or "May contain trace ammounts of wheat". They think trace amounts of wheat are nothing to us, but eaten EVERY DAY, like a cereal, it can make us VERY ill. I had diareah every day for a week and was very weak, (not using a play on words..lol) and used up an entire box of immodium, but the most "QUAKER" cared was to say, "we're sorry you were ill, we are sending you a package with a coupon in the mail and a gift, we hope you like it and hope you are feeling better. The oats may have some wheat on them from being hauled in the same truck we haul the wheat in and it is used in the same facility. The percentage of wheat per box is point blah blah blah so we don't have to disclose it." When I received it, it was a 5 dollar coupon for the only thing I can buy from them, rice cakes, blech, and a capn crunch blow up soccer ball, now dubbed, the poopin ball. I emailed them back and said, "A. You need to disclose the contamination on the label. B.Thanks, my 10 year old nephew will enjoy this gift. I may someday eat enough rice puffs to maybe use the coupon, and have a nice day. Joanie the 34 year old woman you sent a blow up soccer ball to?!" What the heck did they think! And he won't even probably play with it because we called it the poopin ball. They never did email me back. Chicken shits.

Trying to get over insomnia.
Wow..a RARE daytime post..yep. Anyway last night I stayed up reading because I took a 5 hour nap. Yes..a 5 hour nap. Sheesh. Guess I needed it! It was odd seeing the morning in but got the next book in my series done. Now gonna work on book 3 but not going to nap today. :D Mom is napping now tho. :D
Anyway Just got a call from aunt Bev...hehe do you want some trees in farmville..nope thanks tho..will have mom calls when she gets up. She wondered why I didn't want them. I don't do games anymore. WHAT nope! I Broke AWAY! LOL! I still have them on my page so i can help mom but I just don't play them. HEHEHE

Insomnia REALLY SUCKS..............I finished my book, turned out the light, and normally fall RIGHT asleep..........nada. rolled, tossed turned for a good hour or two. Long enough to have to go to the bathroom again. Checked the clock. 2:44, nice. So. Decided since mom says she can't hear me in my room I could type a bit and it wouldn't bug her. Phtttttt.

Been having a good week so far..
Hi.. Sorry for having no real posts as of late. Had a migraine the last few days and company on top, but love the company so am loving the time spent with them and enduring any pain I have. Usually I would just try to sleep it away and take a fish oil / enteric asprin / and magnesium to see if I can kick it without taking one of my special only 9 a month magic that don't really work that great pills that I will have to probably go to the dr and get a change in those meds about. My sis asked me if I was going to have to get another mri, but I don't think so..My dr said that migraines are something that goes hand in hand with fibro and with a lot of my other conditions, and fibro goes hand in hand with people who have migrianes..who knows who had what first. Then a lot of people who have both end up with gluten intolerance later in life.. 3/4 of the people in my migraine group have ended up AFTER getting their fibro & Migraines getting Gluten Intolerance.
Just got the giggles...Watching the guys in Water Polo ...they have bonnets on ...well ear guards with their helmets but they look like baby bonnets, any way this guy is there and he has a full beard and this "baby bonnet" look..hehe..anyway..I shouldn't laugh..More than I could do in the water..
My sis came over today and got some of the bedding. Glad she could use some of it. I will be contacting the other gal probably this weekend as she only has weekends off. See if she can come over some time. Oh..here's the address LAUREL was wanting..I know she reads this.

Oh Boy..Don't take sleeping pills and get on dating sites!
Oh boy..so last night I was working on getting some stuff working on my pc, blogged probably.. I don't really remember. Anyway. I surfed POF..I sorta remember that. Anyway. What i do remember.. I saw a guy who I had gotten a message from previously, messaged him back, then surfed on there. Saw another guy on there, he was CUTE. Kind of rugged looking, nice..but his profile said something about "dirty mouth dirty mind but a really nice guy." So THIS is the last thing I clearly remember. I don't remember anything about it this morning when I wake up, am getting my email and i have 3 emails from this dating site. OOOHH boy..things are kind of coming back to me now.. I remember waking up at 2:30 am and seeing my pc still on sitting beside me and I just shut it. I kind of just thought..ook. strange..but whatever. I remembered getting some freeware games for my laptop..and then it came back to me what I did. OH SHIT! I answered my first email, the one from the guy who I had been emailing with. That was fine.. just joking back and forth. 2nd one was still with that one. Kind of more flirty but still joking. He's really sweet.. not the usual kind of guy I visit with but very nice so far. Farther away *still in SD* but I have warned him about the sleeping pill stuff. Anyway. I opened up the 3rd email and SHITTTTTT WOW What did I write! He's all WOW you don't look like that kind of girl, wow that'd be great and lets hook up soon and get together! So I went back and read my email. Oh My GOD!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW Where did that come from! Well.. Um.. So..Yep.. So I had to try to figure out WHY I wrote that..who hacked it..or what. Then I realized it was the sleeping pill..and I am gonna see how fast I can get out of taking them off them or whatever. I emailed him asap and said that I had taken a sleeping pill. i was so sorry, obviously this was not my usual self and that I really was sooo sorry (About 31 times said sorry) and that it was very unbelievable that I could even do something like that.

Now I am gonna try to ween myself off this stuff. YAY. They told me ambien could do that..but I never really had any problems till I got my topomax upped. (migraine medicine that really is working GREAT) So..it's either no sleep or migraines. smh (lam ans terms shake my head) Either that or start drinking heavily. With all my medicine that I take..Probably better to take the tylenol pm and skip the drinking heavily.
There is a litter of kittens in the neighborhood, too cute, a white one and a bunch of grey ones, sooo precious. Hope the skunks don't get them. Finally got the skunk trap back to the police.
Um..what else is new..I think the only person reading this is my sister Laurel..so..Hi sis..hehe. I still am not POSITIVE so will not get TOO personal in it..hehe
Danny was telling us that M.B. Oberlander was working at the show (Batman Dark Night Rises) here in town the night we were there, She said that Joseph Littlefeather showed up, in his trenchcoat, scared the CRAP out of the out of towners who came for the show, as they didn't know him, and had no clue he was just there for the show and not a koo-koo there to massacre people. She said it was kinda funny cuz ppl were staring at him and he was just acting like a normal person. He wears it all the time, nothing abnormal, and so it was kinda like whatever and the ppl were freaking out.
Got the bedroom done pretty much from what mess I had. Broke one of my VERY favorite JFK plates :( made me almost cry.
I guess am using this mostly to vent and talk about what my daily life is about and maybe somebody will see this sometime and maybe something I said will help them.

Another day on the throne...no..I'm not a princess!
This is becoming more of a daily thing.I like to write out my day's events so i don't stress over them and eventually stress myself too hard about them. Stress is my enemy. That and diarrhea. I think Mom caught my bug...whatever it was.
I found a new thing for me to listen to music on.. it's free but I don't get to keep the music. It's called last.fm and it's an add on for your google chrome, just type it in the search bar in extensions, then when you want to find the music you just go to last.fm on your internet page and your page will hook up with the button and you are set..lots of free music to listen to.
Besides that the Olympics have been about the only things going on.. It just seems like we stay up and watch them and work on cleaning on the house.. yep we have a summer cleaning. Precludes the fall cleaning time.. lol.
Guess I am ready to go to sleep.. kinda zonked. Hope you all (the one silent reader) are doing good.

Gluten free..
Hello again from another wonderful Stomach ached evening in Gluten Free Island. I am your guide and my name is Growl-Toot-Toot. Please Pardon my horrible gas, it tends to happen when wheat is snuck into my diet and makes me sick.
Lets go grocery shopping! GF General Store here we come!! Well it's not all GF, couldn't be because of course there are people here in town who don't have that stuff ("That GF stuff is all in their heads.. they're not really sick") I don't know how many times I've heard that whispered. anyway..lets get shopping. Produce is a good place to start! I have a good time picking things out here.. usually it's not the fruit itself that will make you ill, it's the dip you put with it that does it. Next is bakery.. It's a MAJOR no no unless they have some area SPECIALLY cordoned off for gf people so it wasn't baked with the same pans and cut with dirty (crumbs from wheat stuff on it) knives and utensils yep..we can get that sick! Next is Condiments, etc.. these are quite tricky.. you have to be a label reader!! Also I just learned if you have chronic migraines to stay away from beans and peanuts...thmey will also make you ill. just info incase you need it. Also in this aisle is Miracle Whip/Mayo and the others like that.. I know that the light blue the Light Mayo isn't gluten-free but the dark regular mayo IS gluten-free.. S: weird. I also think Hellman's mayo is gf, not positive tho.
Next isle is CANDY and Chips... Aww you can't have a good portion of this isle if you are GF..get ready. Any REAL corn chip is a safe one.. but watch the oils used on it. Other than that check the ingredients... MSG is a BAD one for me...MonoSodiumGlutenimate... It's a killer .. hidden in a million different foods.. it even gives me migraines.. Crazy huh! Candies are another thing.. The caramel color is kinda iffy for some people.. I had a problem with it for a while but now am into the GF for a while so can handle a small amount for a little while and be ok. It is also in soda pops that are dark-colored.
Next isle ..lotions, shampoos and conditioners.. WHAT you say MY SHAMPOO CONDITIONER AND LOTION give me NO PROBLEMS! Well... you're lucky so far!! So was I! My friend .. not so much. Let me tell you a little story about my friend named Troody. Troody got GF.. We'd all told her she was this way..she didnh't listen..but finally she went to the dr and was diagnosed. Troody has a lot of other things wrong with her as well.. Iron deficiency (My deficiency is b12..LOL) Troody just went along then eating the right way and trying to do things right but still had a lot of problems.. till she pinned down the problem that was still causing the main problem.. it was lotion, chap stick and her shampoo/conditioner she thought she was doing the "Healthy thing" by buying AVEENO products, but turns out she wasn't doing the healthy thing for her.. as they all had wheat products in them and every time she used them she had blisters all over herself. SO... If you are GF or GI PLEASE don't use Aveeno!!! LOL!! Otherwise it is a very Healthy program for your hair.
Next in our store.. we come upon the meats.. should be all good here except the "pre breaded" EEEEEEHHHH Nix that one.. and the ones with any marinade you have not made yourself.. you don't know what it was made of..scary as if you think you could be "toilet bound" for the next 5 to 6 hours if you are lucky and 6 to 12 if not lucky.
Next is the Bread Isle.. we will Look the other direction while walking down that isle and hold our noses..if they do have any of our breads, they'd prob be in a separate freezer.
Next is the frozen food isle..now if you are in a bigger town.. this could be where you hit the JACKPOT on foods you can eat..WOW finally!! GO HOG WILD!! I suggest if you are from out of town..buy up! Especially if it is winter in the Dakotas! LOL I try to get at least 3 to 4 pizzas (love em) a few noodle mixes and several of whatever else tricks my fancy that day.. it always happens that I Run out... I hope that there is more new stuff the next time we go back...hehe

"Don't you care about What will people think of you?"
Um.. if you wanna hear why I have no chance of EVER caring what people think of me, read on.. if not..don't read it.. I don't care..I'm just gonna vent.
Ok.. My views don't always go along with ANY of my family's views..some of the views are very narrow Minded and I get this all the time "You side with the gays enough and people are going to talk about you!
I said, Mom..I don't give flying piece of fuck WHAT people think, If truly did, I never would have made it through grade school.. The kids were horrible, and how was I supposed to even try , I wanted to die..I balled up in a little curled up spot, waiting to flyaway back to Jesus arms..
But I digress.. If I did CARE what everyone said I would have committed suicide many years ago. People don't care what the say.. and the words are longer lasting than they ever. Heck I still hear those voices, "BONEY JONEY" or "You're so Dumb" or the teachers telling me I was dumb...that was about enough to make me want to die right there,
After graduation I had noticed some health problems..well there had been some health problems too but hadn't had enough time to dr about them. So once I did start dr-ing I found out I had a lot of med probs. yay..already knew that. (I'm getting WAY off my main rant...oh well)So anyway.. yeah.. more depressing things. Soon there was more things to get the things said to me again. "If you say/do things like that those things will make people talk.
Now there is this controversy over Chick-Fil-A that homophobic chicken food place. I can't believe they can stand that way. Today the Upper Or Higest idiot on their vp of spokes people died of a heart attack. hehe I know..not good to laugh about pppl dying but these people are DISCRIMINANT based on WHO PEOPLE LOVE how wrong is that!!!

And with that.. one more rant. IF I cared what Everybody thought about me.. I'd never leave the freaking house in fear that I might have done something wrong.
The reason I feel so strong about this is that I so truly cannot see MY GOD AND SAVOIR AND JESUS CHRIST I cannot see our God doing these things, like damning Gay Lesbian or Bisexual or Tran sexual living. They (if they can live a happy life with ought having people throw sticks and rocks and trying to tie them to fence posts out in the middle of nowhere or brand them with branding irons. Also, I have a LOT of friends who are gay, and I do have some family that is Gay as well..and I love them just the same as I do as the rest of my friends and family.
I feel the same way about any discrimination shown towards Blacks, or any colored skinned person..you are a human the same as me and the rest of my family. Also here... I have black and Mexican family.. they mean the world to me too!
So.. If you have a problem with me,my beliefs or whatever.. then well...get over it. because I'm not changing I love my family and my friends...
Ok.. My views don't always go along with ANY of my family's views..some of the views are very narrow Minded and I get this all the time "You side with the gays enough and people are going to talk about you!
I said, Mom..I don't give flying piece of fuck WHAT people think, If truly did, I never would have made it through grade school.. The kids were horrible, and how was I supposed to even try , I wanted to die..I balled up in a little curled up spot, waiting to flyaway back to Jesus arms..
But I digress.. If I did CARE what everyone said I would have committed suicide many years ago. People don't care what the say.. and the words are longer lasting than they ever. Heck I still hear those voices, "BONEY JONEY" or "You're so Dumb" or the teachers telling me I was dumb...that was about enough to make me want to die right there,
After graduation I had noticed some health problems..well there had been some health problems too but hadn't had enough time to dr about them. So once I did start dr-ing I found out I had a lot of med probs. yay..already knew that. (I'm getting WAY off my main rant...oh well)So anyway.. yeah.. more depressing things. Soon there was more things to get the things said to me again. "If you say/do things like that those things will make people talk.
Now there is this controversy over Chick-Fil-A that homophobic chicken food place. I can't believe they can stand that way. Today the Upper Or Higest idiot on their vp of spokes people died of a heart attack. hehe I know..not good to laugh about pppl dying but these people are DISCRIMINANT based on WHO PEOPLE LOVE how wrong is that!!!

Trying to get people understand who / what I am....
Ok..2nd try on this one..I have no clue what the beginning of the blog had said as was working on the LAST of it and am quite tired.. but.. the below picture is me.. just not blonde. LOL!
Alrightie..I am a woman.. I am a Swedish, German, French, NA, English, Irish, Czech, Jewish, Lutheran, I believe in Jesus Christ as my Savior, and worship God as the one and only God, but I do believe our God is the God of many other cultures, as the well known Allah, Buddha , and so on.
For my medical problems, I have many.. Right now forefront on my plate.. {Chronic Migraines, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid and Ostio arthritis. hyper-mobility, hyperhidrosis, hypothyroidism, I had to take shots of growth hormone to grow for years because I was hypo-pituitary deficient and we also found out my cortisol wasn't working correctly, my adrenal glands weren't producing.. so.. I will be lifelong on cortisone..hard on the body. And all of this does make you a bit depressed, you would be if it was you...right..oh...here's the kicker..dr says when I am 16.. they did tell you you couldn't ever have kids, didn't they?? I felt my heart sink to my feet.. I knew that I at least could have kids..something I loved..I was sooo good with them and really just adored them all. I had replied after I regained my composure.. UM NO You're the first. He said, oh. Sorry. and walked out the door. WHAT PRICK! Anyway... So yeah.. besides all that GREAT news daily... I take an antidepressant.. All of this makes me who I am.. somewhat.
I also like rodeo..football..good gluten free meals, a nice slow walk ...a kitty or puppy to snuggle with.. these are just some of the things that make me who I am. Also I am a ghost hunter. There is this uncanny ability i have *a lotof the family has it ) so a few friends and I are helping people with their needs.. this is part of who you see when you see me.
I think this shall be continued another evening... tomorrow the dentist awaits....yay..

Oh...The Scourge of the Migraine....
It started not so bad, altough I had wished death instead of many of them when it started...but I fell asleep posting this..sorry everyone. :D
Migraines must run on my dad's side of the family I always thought. BUT I have been researching and Grandma Martha's little stress headaches she gets occasionally can be actual migraines.. she said she used to get headaches when she had her monthly and she would lay beside the barn because she was in so much pain..So..it could have been.
Anyways.. I have started having silent migraines. They are .. Well let me have Web MD tell you
Migraine is a neurological disorder that generally includes headaches. But it doesn't always. Some people have "silent migraine" -- a migraine without the symptom of headache pain.
To understand silent migraine, it helps to know the four distinct phases of migraines.
Not all migraines follow this pattern. There are migraines with and without aura. There are also migraines with and without pain. Even within the same person, migraines are extremely unpredictable.
The symptoms of silent migraine include any of the typical signs and symptoms of a migraine -- but without the pain.

An American Migraine Study involved 30,000 people with migraines. Nine out of every 10 said they couldn't work or function normally when they had migraines. Researchers are now looking at migraine aura and pain as two distinct mechanisms. Doing so is leading to a better understanding of silent migraine.

It's not good. I have had 2 episodes of double vision..the 2nd one I know lasted at least 45 min's and it scared the ever luvin shit out of me. Ma took me to the ER and I was lucky to have Tracy Voss for the Nurse/Dr and she knew by just glancing at my file that I have a history of migraines and so she gave me a shot of Imitrex and nausea meds and said that I would feel better soon. Sometimes you do get a headache and sometimes it just goes away. I've been so scared the last weeks to have light in my eyes that I am wearing shades all the time outside and even in the house. Light in the eyes triggers migraines in me sometimes. Anyway..I thought I ought to finish that blog.. :D

Sunday..Liver and onions..hehe
well...we didn't eat liver and onions at gram's today..we ate at home. :D So..just seeing what I feel like writing about..don't know that I will always write but sometimes I might have a feeling or two to vent about!
